Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions, a leading developer and operator of infrastructure projects for the college and university market, announced that Samuel Jung has joined the company as vice president. He will be focused on leading higher education clients through Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions’ unique offering and approach to Public-Private Partnerships (P3).

Sam is well-versed in P3 markets with specific knowledge of higher education transactions. He brings eight years of real estate experience from his previous role with Brailsford & Dunleavy and has been featured in several student housing and P3 partnership publications.
